Patch Config

Update scoring and/or patterns on a risk config.

Omit a field to leave it unchanged; send null to clear it.
Scoring updates are normalized with source='user'. Patterns must be a JSON
array (validated against the linked model's feature columns). Does not
retrain or rescore existing activity rows.
